They are definitely RS's.

Yes there is an XR5 with some RS running gear which has done Targa West over a number of years ...currently owned by Davydd Hooper and is in Focus WRC livery....but not running this year. There is actually a real MkII Focus RS tarmac rally car (Performance Blue) built for Glyn Crimp a couple of years ago by Alan Heaphy (TMR)...Glyn ran it in QTW in 2013...I think it's now for sale.
