I've got a block of land and want to build something nice on it. Got 95% of the plans done and will need the building company's draftsman to get it thru council and start building.

any recommendations on a quality builder not more than $1500-$1700 a square metre?

zorzi charges $3k a sqm. that's twice the price of other builders.... cheating me of 1500 a sqm, just like italy cheated australia of the world cup.

Mainly do commercial/industrial refurbishment/development/investment. Im mid way through my builders licence, first project end of the year being my own house. No room for further projects for about two years at this stage unfortunately.
