We well done the track now boys and girls.
A couple of questions someone may know the answer to please:

Is there anyway to find out how much a commercial building was sold for when it was last sold. I do not have the owners name just the address.

Is there anyway I can find suburbs facts ie population, age, average income, % home owners etc etc

Make sure you ad a good commercial lawyer to your list of must haves...

I rate the lawyer more important than the accountant in the start up because you will need to negotiate all you contracts to buy (real estate), and strata managment plans, lease if you are going into a shopping centre or commercial units.

He will also setup your trading entities i.e. Sole Trader, Pty Ltd or Partnership.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING till you have done this first.
