joseph, as i told u in person, in sms and now here, you can have them for nothing!

includes the stock turbo, manifold, 3.5" Norm Butler dumpipe, x-over pipe, one half of the stock intake manifold, air-box + cai, intercooler hoses, injectors and of course the fmic....basically everything to do the conversion.

like our discussion, you only need to get a crate f6 engine from ford for about 2500 and strengthen your current heads and you got yourself a F6 Fairmont Ghia!!!

Such a car-hog Joe!

Love your work Ramon!... Can't wait to see it come together...

Then maybe we can get a website up-&-running?

Cheers to Adz for the pdf help, as promised nizpro update, not a good one though, but sounds promising if they finally get it right,

Hello Ramon,

I have attached pictures of the new pistons for your engine along with one of our heavy duty styles we were using last year. This will give you an idea of how different the new ones are compared to conventional types. The advantage is the strength at the skirts due to less area because of the gussets. This also allows a shorter piston pin reducing weight even further. The weight of the original heavy duty piston is 528 grams vs 384 grams of the new design and the new ones are stronger. All great news, now for the bad news. After sending the pistons to the machine shop to bore the block, we then received them back, to dummy the engine, check clearance and compression ratio, while doing this, I discovered that the pistons although looked correct were to low in the comp ratio and the crown thickness is too thin as a result. I have immediately contacted my supplier and have copied his response.

Hello Simon
It is clear that we did a mistake when machining the pistons. The person in charge misunderstood the manufacturing drawing. You cannot use them in that way. I am sorry about this mistake. The only solution is to make the pistons again, but the whole process will take 3 weeks. I am very sorry about this mistake.

Willy Taglia.

So we will have a futher delay, I am very sorry about this but it is simply out of my control. We will keep in contact with you as the work progresses.
Regards,

Simon G.

Lol, "did a mistake"

How do you keep such a positive attitude? There'd be steam coming out of my ears by now.

'Person in charge of machining them'. Everyone makes mistakes man. At least the company is being good about it and taking responsibility and remanufacturing them. No harm done except a few more weeks. Have to patient and expect things like this when doing such a massive build.
