with bolt on mods to a stock motor they are ok, alot of people bag the fuck out of them because they are an interceptor computer and trick the ecu to run more fuel to suit the mods you have

if my engine ecu was an 01 or later i would get a verso tune (i have a 99 model)

sure if i had a built forged motor running 2 bar i would be looking towards an autronic or power fc full ecu

so it really depends what you want out of your car/what motor you have

i' not too sure about the codes on the ecu, howeever if you have a unichip type 'a' it would suggest an early ecu, if its a type 'd-15' it would be the later ecu

also, if you have the coilpack on top of your manifold it would suggest an early ecu
