Looking at the wiring diagram, isn't that just the same as what you need to do anyway? I'm pretty sure they're all for STI standard and you need to swapsies.

The Pfc is designed for JDM 207sti's. The switching of the wires has something to do with AUS delivered wrx's having an immobiliser.
JDM's dont, and hence, the Pfc is plug and play, with no plug/pin changes required. (on JDM wrx's)

ah ok, i don't know, all i know is that it says EJ207 on startup
