Rocks are a bit of an understatement! You dont want to fall in. Whats even worse is when you get waves over the top. His 2nd post is one of the lower and safer areas

Send out big garfish baits on helium balloons (so bait skips on water) and sails and spanish mackeral nail them (well going back to the 80's and 90's as that area has now been raped).

Marc, i reckon try and take some pics without hooks / blood! Would look more appealing sometimes

Yep the ovens is the location. Sometimes we fish the real high side. Very scary there. If you fall it will be definate death! Seee pic below....

I can remeber fishing one of the higher western ledges during a big swell and looking down and seeing a sloping ledge of sharp pointy stuff. If you fell you'd be torn into shreds. Hooked 25kgs of mac (jumped a good 5ft out of the water to nail the gardie) and couldnt get the flying gaff over it. Walked away after that! Really thought something bad was gonna happen if we stayed there much longer.

LIBRT, u dont bugger around with light line sportfishing. 24kg line on an alvey and long rod (painful) or overhead and shorter rod. The longer that fish is in the water the more likely it is to be nailed by something big and bitey. Sometimes the sharks (BIG ONES) are so bad you never land a fish
