Where is that?

What is the green light? Alien?

Its the Albany harbour, taken from Frenchman Bay rd near the distillery.
The big green light is up on the top of Mt Clarence near the Desert Corps Memorial. Not sure exactly what its for though.

Fair bit of noise in the photo, should have run it through noise ninja before I posted it, but it was taken with a 400d at ISO 100 for about 30 seconds.
