You should be able to charge modern lipo's at 2c, so in Mitch's case that's a charge rate of 10 amps. The charge should take 30 mins tops.

Had a few good runs last night on a quite street, wow cant believe how much fun these things are. Gone are the days of the crap 4xAA batteries r/c car lol.

Currently running the 7.2v nimh pack (1200mah), i do have the series connector which allows me to run 2 battery packs at the same time. According to the box 50mph can be done for speed runs.

Next question is i known i must go lipo soon, because the stock battery i think i will get 15-20 minutes play time but it take me 2-3 hours to charge it each time.

Which lipo battery should i get and what charger?
