Not a chance mate.
Rear hubs are 1 piece with the trailing arms.
Where as r180 hubs are bolted to a McPherson strut.

Easiest and best way is get an r180 rear diff which will bolt in, and use r180 160 conversion shafts which will then bolt in and you will have the proper setup, and just get dogbones adapters for the...
