Default quick question about reflashes.

hey,
i was just wondering .. just say i have verso on my ecu tuned to my current settings(tbe, big tmic, aps cai), then i decide to upgrade my turbo, would i have to pay the full price to reflash it to run with my new turbo or just get it dynoed again?
