Is the wire swap for the 3 yellow plug ecu? Or is this the Blue,Black and Grey 3 plug ECU??

I have a 97 GC8.. i want to do the same thing.. But mine is the 3 yellow plug one.. which i'm sure is diffrent to V5 STI one...
