theres nothing wrong with them its just that you can get better.
I used to have 1 now have Valentine 1 it has twice the range on multinova

The RX65 simply isn't good enough to detect Multanova Cameras consistently and in some situations you'll get 20-30m alerts (or no alert on rear facing setups).

Quiet a few people have been flashed before the detector alerted! I almost did too back when I had one, but luckily i wasn't speeding.

There's vids on youtube but even better: a sales rep from Neltronics told me that they stopped selling the RX65 because too many were coming back as either faulty or due to poor performance against the Multanova.

If you've got one, you can improve its range using a vertical bracket - it makes a pretty big difference! (get one from Delonix Radar - can PM jezzamcbezza)


The XR70 is supposedly just a rebadged RX65 but it seems to perform substantially better (due to software upgrade?)

RX65 are an american market model, not as fantastic as they claim in aus. That said i have one (it was cheap!) tip it on its side for the best multanova range!
