Hey Dude

Once your line is active and working send us a PM with your number and I will run some checks on your line for ADSL2+ compatibility.

Will then see what I can do for you for some Internet.

As monitored alarm systems need to detect the dialtone on the line and Naked DSL has no Dialtone even if you plug the alarm into the VOIP socket on the modem there very hard to configure to get the alarm to think that its a normal dialtone.

We stongly dont recommend Naked DSL if you have a monitored alarm.

You could add VOIP to your ADSL service to begin with and see if you can get your alarm to work with VOIP.

I'm guessing he has no Soft Dialtone at all

Telstra's Database does not know his house exists..........Yet.

90% of new housing built by developers have what you call a JIPNET service.

This means Lead-In cable, 1 Wall Socket , Soft Dialtone & a Telstra card with a already allocated number.

There still $299 to have connected becasue someone still needs to pay for the work that has already been completed.

Do you do smart wiring?

Im building in a telstra smart community but my builder wont do
any smart wiring and wont let me get any done til the house is
finished

Already got some conduits put in the single brick walls and garage
just need a couple put in the bedrooms were its double brick and
hooked up.
