Whack a new EJ207 short block in with your existing heads (which the engine builder will service at the same time), get a good tune.. fixed.

Don't get a forged motor.. just go the EJ207 (which has factory forged pistons in it anyway), it will be plenty strong enough and will be quiet and reliable.

I'm not the biggest fan of built motors... 90% of the time they're not built properly, so they end up piston slapping and burning oil, and need a rebuild after a very short amount of time. I like properly built ones but they are usually ridiculously expensive, not to mention overkill for most applications.

Gt30 or 35 anyone???
