The big question I'd have is, are they interchangeable between heads or are they line bored fully assembled as a match set?

Yep Line bored.
I had the cam journals resized & line bored when I did my build. Try Stechnic - Doug might have something laying around.

Strictly speaking they are not interchangable. They are matched to the head when the cam tunnel is bored. If you change them around or swap them for others there's a good chance the tunnel will no longer be concentric. Do so at your own risk or get the tunnel line bored again afterwards.
