Make some crazy arse noise once it gets on boost thanks to the Cobb Tunning Airbox CAI. Sean said he spent a lot of time trying different boost levels, moving the cams around, etc but he couldn't get anywhere close to what MSR managed with a very similar set up on their dyno over east. Back to the drawing board it seems.
so 25hp ATW over the previous in nicer ambient temp, less response and same boost? Hmmmmm something is amiss for sure.

Too late to change back to other turbo?

Despite my want to give you shit - I am actually bummed for you.

I did see something about new calibration etc on the ASG hub dyno and now it reads somewhat closer to a DD, is that the case here and it is a significant increase but the physical numbers just don't show it as the last tune was done on the old software?

dyno sheet from MSR shows 98 RON used but also shows he used 4th gear on his 6MT equipped MY06 Forester XT

it made 293 hp on the BBK-M but was way less lag.
Sean has had the dyno calbrated recently for use with CAI (Intra fix) and he told he had no issues with the Cobb CAI.
Nothing is ever simple with dak daks when it comes to making power and this is just another good example LOL

There was something specific about the change readout on AL last week and ASG Dyno being now basically exactly as per a DD Roller. I think it was in Brocka's build thread.

And this is where I came up with 25 hp number (should have said 26.xx hp)

Can you right click and copy the URL of the picture and post that instead of the link that has the picture on the page?
If that makes any sense...
