Ive always read when tuning not to exceed 90% of the injectors duty cycle?

I think that is a fair general comment too. Decapping the stock 550's is an easy job for ASG one I will likely do. E85 is not an option for me unless they start selling it at the servos.

The lag is the issue that needs addressing. Driving it in the current tune is not ideal to say the least.

I am going to to try and get out early in the morning and do some logging of the ecu as well.

Dave, when I put the new headers on, they leaked after a couple of weeks.
Should have used new gaskets and a second sealant
Car drove like a slug

Yep I agree Joe, the Tomei UEL headers and up-pipe are year old and came off when the new motor was built late last year. I have to ask Damo what he did when he reinstalled the headers on the new motor.

I'm sorry but does that say 800 odd Nm? Well sorry I call bullshit on that card!!

And according to both of Dave's read outs we are saying that this new bigger turbo makes LESS torque than the old one WTF!
