Sean made exact power with mine, smaller turbo BBK-L 7cm with 1.1BAR full boost by 3200rpm ... Something is not adding up.

From point of fact that its a built engine with an upgraded billet ball bearing turbo etc etc and its spooling like shit and putting down 20hp more than mine did and I only had basic bolt on's?

I would have expected 350ish, more with E85. Will the engine hold together up to 8000rpm Dave? To me it looks like the power "curve" is still climbing??

I agree that 350 hp would have been expected but more importantly where how fat and far to the left the curve is. The engine is sweet and very sound but the rest is just conjecture and educated guessing based on a list of bolt on mods.

I am going to get Stechnic to look at leaks to headers, up pipe, also check the 3 port solenoid, and it should be noted that the stock injectors are close to max but still safe according to Sean.

Making power with a dak dak is never easy

Damn right, they are hard to get power out of, I've lost count of my turbo changes
American Dave likes this.

In my case you are incorrect huggy The stock injectors did not max out with my VF52 nor did they max out with my previous BBK-M. Different tuners use different means to make power.

LOL at different tuners, thats a quote for the ages. You (or Sean) can't beat the laws of physics and nature Dave, stock injectors can only flow so much fuel. @ ~300hp, the injector duty cycle is in the mid to high 90s. Not exactly "maxxed" but heading that way. I find it surprising you've gone to all this trouble and haven't changed them. Seems ass about backwards to increase the ability of the engine to force air in, but leave the fueling system ostensibly stock?

I agree on physics and nature. Simple numbers for you. The injector duty cycle was showing 94% on my logs from this morning. Prior to this it was 90% on the BBK-M and the VF52 a little less from memory.

The fuel pump is Walbro Fuel Pump 255 LTR.
