my turbo set-up is just stock mount AVO400S soon to be externlly gated, not looking for anything too big as i dont like lag too much especially on the street. my 2 door is super light anywaiz so i dont need big dyno number to get it hauling!!

260hp got me a 12.33 in it.. so 300hp build will be super quick in the lightweight 2 door.
hmm i never got a crack at the drags with my car at 310hp atw...i'd imagine my RA is lighter than your 2 door so it certainly had some potential with that power level. My build shouldnt be too laggy, taking various measures to help spool that turbo, all in all not worried about lag, chasing 400hp atw and that setup should make it pretty easily. Need to find/build a box to handle it!

how much exactly does ur RA weigh? im preety sure my 2 door weighs in at just under 1200kg

yer mate 35r with good set of cams, 264 or 272's will get u 400 easily.. being a BB turbo shouldnt have much under curve lag.. got to love those Ball Beraing turbos wouldnt have it any other way if i had to upgrade!!.

definantly get a stronger box, ive got PPG straight cuts 1st to 4th, best mod ive ever done, so smooth and very solid wen driving hard..very happy with it.

Unless you've taken weight out the two door would be closer to 1300kg.

yeah 2.2, 272's, lots of headwork reverse maifold, flip the FMIC etc etc should be a pretty potent set up i should imagine. Yeah was going to buy a dog box but i think id prefer synchro box for the streetability and not so keen on the extra 35kg's going 6 speed...

1250kg for the RA i think, although when the cars finished ill take it to a weigh bridge and get an accurate number. i was under the impression the 2 doors were closer to 1300kg

2 door is actually heavier than the standard 4 door by a few kgs (5-10). From memory a normal 4 dr is around 1280, I'd expect the RA to be i the region of 1240+.

Got a long way to go to my 1130 :P
