make sure you use a clamp with either a full inner band, or a non slotted worm.

It is this slotted worm that cuts/destroys hoses.

I would suggest some nice stainless "norma" brand clamps or some "zebras" (wurth).
I found these "NORMA" clamps but wanted to see what people think before i go ahead and buy them.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWAX:IT

They look pretty good and seem a fairly good price too.

*Oh and the hoses I have are 48mm and they have a 47-51mm clamp or 43-47mm clamp so not sure which one to get as I want them to be nice
and tight and the 47-51mm ones will only have 1mm of tightness, so will
this be enough to keep the hoses on securely or go for the slightly smaller diameter one?

Cheers,

Wayne

They'll be too wide for radiator end fittings. You can try but it may be a tight squeeze. Stay well within the sizing as they don't have alot of play at all. Contrary to popular belief the hose clamps don't have to be super tight to seal well, otherwise you'll most likely crush the plastic tube.

Ok it's been quite awhile since anything has been added here so
I thought id resurect it.

I've recently purchased some RA-R bits for the 204 and I'm currently
waiting for their delivery (well Tino is really) so once I return from my
trip to China I will be putting them straight on the 204, they are nothing
major but will definately change the look of the car.

I'm also in the process of lobtaining some rather large silver things which
are also from the RA-R.

I've also aquired a set of brand new Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's at an unbelivablely
rediculous price that makes me think I might get another 1-2 sets and possibly
sell 1 set for under a K.

Looking forward to seeing what they are....so are the bits replacing parts of the S204? in other words are you going to be selling any bits off the S204?

Definately not selling any of the original parts off, they will just go to
storage for when I want to change back to OG.
