I must be doing something wrong, had the AD08s on for about 30,000km (don't know how I managed that) with about -2.5/.1.0 f/r and haven't killed my shoulders yet....

Mitch I lowered my Betty 25mm all round using the pre-install set up guide from KW. The final result was the rear looked good but the front sat a tad high and looked a little odd so I lowered it another 5mm. Happy happy.

To date I have never scraped anything, and it still has plenty of clearance over kerbs when parking etc. I dont have any lips or skirts.

There are pics in my intro thread if you want to eyeball them for reference.

As for camber I'm sure front is around -1, the rears were uneven ( non adjustable ) left came out @ -2.2 and the right was -1.5. I will probably have to get the whiteline camber bush/bolt kit because of this, its not cheap but neither are tyres.

The ride height has sagged around 3-5mm since install.

I got about the same km's out of my ad08 before they got binned. Don't remember my settings on car used to be 1.5f and 1 on the rear but remember I have 18's for daily and 17's for track

I've decided on 1.5 front 1.0 rear, ride height drop is debatable, will see how it looks when I pick it up.. might need to be wound up a bit haha.

Ok, Coilovers are in, and despite being a bit high at the front, the ride is awesome. Not too firm which is nice, but the car sits very flat into corners which is exactly what I was looking for. No more boaty boat. Will probably lower the front a tad more, but we'll see how this goes for now once they settle.
