Minor setback in getting the VF34 fitted and tuned; turns out MMS book out a ECUtek tuner to come from the eastern states to do all custom tunes and it seems that the next one isn't going to be until September or October....doh!!

Edit: Problem solved, RaceTorque will be doing the install and tune hopefully at the start of August.

Alright, opinions needed regarding front lips. I'll use silver as an example as it's closes to my colour.

Cusco:

I'm not sure about the Cusco lip because it looks great in flat colours, like red or white but I'm not sure it will suit a metallic paint job like mine. Could always paint the top half and leave the flat section in black for a racier look? hmm

The reason for asking is that Ultrex are out of STi splitters and won't have any more for another 4 weeks at least.

Yeah Steph's WRX was what made me think of this second option. I will be getting the bumper and bonnet and STi scoop sprayed anyway so the front end will all match, but I'm not sure if it will look good?

If you get the Cusco, your anus hairs will be tingling every time you negotiate speed bumps and high curbs.

With the ultrex, if you scratch it a million times, who cares.

Ultrex carbon fibre lip methinks. Though I am quite biased to carbon fibre

Cusco lip is awesome but exxy and as Tommy said speed bumps + curbs = nervous moments. Still the Cusco is rare, not many going around afaik.

Yeah, doing further research on other forums a very large amount of owners end up smashing them in the first few weeks. I kinda like not having to worry too much. Shall just have to be patient I guess!!
