double sided tape might melt due to the heat but unlikely
just bolt it up no one will see the holes if you decide to take it off later on

Tape it up to see if you like it or not. Then you can always stick it there good n proper later if you decide to keep it?

Not sure if its been covered, but how did smoke smoke the crome parts of your tail lights? Was looking for a solution to try and de-hairdresser the rear lights.

Proper double sided tape will hold it.

Cheap ass Christmas decoration double sided tape won't.
