I just got a quote from tire rack. 18''X9'' offset 46mm black Enkei PF01(dont need spacer to clear brembo) with cap and wheel nuts $2100(inc taxes) shipped, $3500(inc taxes) if you want tyre pressure monitors and 245/40/18 Dirreza Z2(all fitted and balanced).

Last I heard tire rack won't ship outside US of A. Freight forwarder or what?

Depends on what you are getting.
I know one member on here has recently gotten new rims with tyres on them shipped from TireRack.

Best bet is to email them to confirm directly if they can ship something that you want.
