Permits are for unlicensed cars.

They wont know its un-registerable - they ask for a VIN and thats it

Go on Craig, its only 3630km, surely you could fly over Friday night, arrive back in Perth for your Misses cooking you Sunday lunch! The Nullabor isn't that bad, we drove to Adelaide and back in 63 hours nonstop to pick up a westfield. You would be in your element, you could get a coke and chips at truck stops every 4 hours! haha.

I might drop into work for a beer on tomorrow arvo.

The car looks good, should be good fun. It will be interesting to see how much slower it is than the STi, although with the semi slicks it may be quicker?? I guess you will know what the first mods are going to be once you get it here and give it a shakedown at the track.
