I looked at it 2 weeks ago and was on my way to the bank to get money for it but for some reason just didnt buy it. Had a feeling it had been around the block here, I hope you didnt pay no more than $4,100 cause thats how much I was at.

Just to clarify the direction the new rally registration scheme is going.
The intention is to allow modified cars to compete in "road" events. ie; where part of the course is on public roads such as the WA rally championship and Targa events. It is not to save people from buying a car trailer to transport a racing car to and from the racetrack or to get a set of plates on a non compliant car for weekend use.
The new scheme has been in the planning for a number of years, cars will have to be used in rally competition and subject to annual inspetion to remain eligible

Do you know when the ruling is intended to be actually put into place Doug? I have herd its been on the cards for sometime.
