Sounds like it will be a ton of fun. Incase you get bored, i have the next size bigger DOM forsale.

Out of curiosity, what injectors are you using?

Fuck you and your DOM.

1000cc bosch injectors. Need to check with Jamie what duty they got up to at the end. They ended up tweaking the base fuel pressure up to 60psi.

Are you still running the dw65c fuel pump or did you upgrade to to the dw300? I reckon I'm going to run out of fuel or turbo. Surprised you went 25psi straight up, but then again... e85
Fuck you and Brams DOM.

What final numbers are you targeting? If you think you are going well past 300kw you might want to get bigger injectors and pump.

If they only inched the rail pressure upto 50psi with the 1000s then you must be on the edge of fuel supply with that power. Id watch out, those fucking doms with thier tiny internal waste gates can boost creep when your really giving it to em (racing). And if your on the limit of fuel now, a little over-boost-creep and it could push you over.

I dont think im going past 300kw. Id like make it there because its a nice whole number, but that is about as far as id want to push it if i even did get there. I was asking about your injectors as i know im gonna be in the same boat. I think i will try with the 1000s at 60psi. On paper that will make the 1000s flow about 1200s and "on paper" the walbro will flow enough fuel for that even with the boost raising the the rail pressure up. Although i guess real world and paper are 2 different things. If it looks like im out of fuel then it would probs be smarter to get bigger injectors and run a more standard rail pressure. That is less work on the pump. Which is also a worry when your not running a twin setup.

I had 1000cc on mine for 250kw but i have gone up to 300kw now and 1500cc for a bit more head room .. i am aiming for 350kw next tune tho ....

I wouldnt bother with a stardard location turbo upgrade if your going to go bigger go a t3 platform with EWG make the most of it

That comment was aimed at Trolley Bram, but fair points you have raised, we discussed this a while back.

It's been on my mind, running out of fuel is stupid(that's why I installed a surge tank). I have a back up plan, but I will speak to Jamie first. When I spoke to Phil at Tokyo's today he said they run around 60psi fuel pressure as a norm with e85.

Yeah Jacob I don't see any point in going bigger with a standard-ish set up as there are too many bottle necks.

I am still using oem intake, oem headers, oem tgv's, oem oem oem oem.
