Base is 60psi.

Thats what i plan to run with my car.

Im surprised they got 285 kw out of a stock sized MAF tube. Must be tuned up to 4.99999999999v.

Bram - re: 285kw, don't forget it's a hub dyno, and Tokyo's reads a tad high as it is.

60psi because 1000 cc injectors might be a tad small with e85.

The added bonus of running higher pressure is you supposedly get better atomization of the fuel into the air.

Downside is the pump/s flow less volume of fuel at higher pressure. And if you keep raising the pressure, the injectors will be able to flow more and the pump will flow less. And you get to a point where you potentially run out of pump. The other thing is the pump is running harder, its using more current, therefore its heating the fuel up more too. And its extra work for the tuner too.

I was surprised because he is using a stock MAF pipe. Alot of people go to the larger 72mm intakes etc and still run out of MAF scale at that sort of power.
