Yeah I'm unsure if its the intercooler or the headers...I think any of these two would see a big difference, the pwest i/c holds more charged air and usually see cars making bigger numbers with that on...so does headers.

Mine is 8cm and normal 2.75 inlet size.

what IC do you have now?
Yeah the IC probably makes a difference. i remember back with my stock tune and turbo. i put a pw tmic on, and got a surprising improvement at waw.

Ok good to know...did you have to tune it after putting the I/C on? Any changes in the graph/number?
I'll do headers first imo

i dont know. probs best to have it tuned.

i bought mine ages ago. i put it on an untuned td04 and never got it tuned till i got a new motor. (no, old motor did not die as a reslut of that) I was just saying that i noticed a difference in my times at whoop arse going with just a tmic upgrade alone.

Sure sure Wayne Russ Bram---whatever! I just LOL'ed so hard seeing these 3 posts haha! Being genuine, you lads had me laughing reading this....defs must have been a boring couple of days on Pdiddy for you guys to try this HaHAHAhaHAha!

Won't be teaching you lads anything new here so these next comments aren't aimed at the experienced crew...but I'll write it for the other people who will read these last few posts >its all about how the torque is made and held through the rev range, the initial peak number is as useless as a leaky condom if its not held, see the mountain peak dyno charts but no go as power/torque isn't there past 5k. (Same with ASG/other other tunes on the IHIs and other factory baby snails, big initial peak number but torque walks off a cliff face after 5k rpm, just standard issue)

Same as its absolutely normal that vf37s or td05s make more peak torque as they're smaller turbos that spool earlier >initial peak torque is made as early as possible in the rev range, my Vf43 right now would have delivered an amazing peak torque number as it spools at 2.8k rpm but would not make as much power or hold anywhere close to that nm figure past 4krpm...bigger turbos dont make as much initial torque (Lag!) but hold it through the revs!

Common boys, time to now go fish in antartica, might get lucky and reel a giant killer whale this ocean here is dry. Nice try though, I'll give you this haha.

Care factor nil about my initial peak torque number... said what I had to say, time to head back into spectator mode now....#back to watching other movies with giant tub of popcorn

p.s: wayne your torque number is off a roller dyno if Im not mistaken, plus also twinscroll porn S series....wayne plzzzzz
