Are you referring to the switch for the water sprayer?
From memory there is a small vent on that portion of the dash, might have been able to remove it and mount the switch in its place.

One vent on both passenger and drivers side, forgive the LHD image.

Exterior paint r wrap and plasti dip, and black interior r removable too, but red is plastic paint. If at the time I need to sell it, I can get them from any impreza as they r interchangeable.

As Tony said vent is not part of the dash. I know the water switch is a bit too much, I intended use the bracket to mount EBC there, but Mao couldn't get one for me before retune.

Warick has left EvoR, Mao tuned the car for me. I think would the tune and CAI/inlet hose. I have attached a graph, it shows the power lines with AEM CAI and stock air box on OEM map, CAI has less restrictions (had boost gauge on intake hose) hence a bit more power.

I had a low temp thermo stat, so car runs 10C cooler than stock. AVC timing might be another reason. Previous tune was on Shell vpower, Warick couldnt put more timing on it, BP98 is much better.

Hope it helps

What sized bolts hold that brace down and what size bolts for the eyelets?

Anything under m12 is a no no if you get scrutineered for an event.

How did you clean the shockproof out before changing to the Motul?

The shockproof is almost impossible to clean out without opening the box to clean out the gearsets. And it doesn't play well mixed with others.

using the Perth-WRX mobile app

Learnt it the hard way, I have flushed it five times now, the Motul still comes a bit green. I think Warick told me to use diesel to flush it, but didnt try it.
