Who is doing the tune Simon?

If the clutch is starting to show signs of slip then the new tune will only make that more evident with a E85 tune. It also may just be in your head too, I can definitely say I have heard sounds and felt vibrations when I think there is something wrong.

If the car still has a stock clutch and you have intentions of taking it to the track it would not hurt to have a beefier organic clutch to take the abuse.

Just had my E85 tune done at Tokyo Motorsport. Very happy with their work, they spent a good few hours on it getting every little setting right. End result ~330hp and ~460nm at 1.6bar. I suspect the tokyo dyno may read a little high... But i'm still stoked and it drives awesome. Relevant mods are id1000's, dw300, 3port, exhaust, and e85 on unopened ej207, factory headers and factory vf35.

In the end my stock clutch held up on the dyno however i'm gonna replace it with an Exedy HD asap.

Good to hear it held up nicely! I think it may read a little high, but regardless the curves all look good.

Nice graph! Is it running a flex fuel setup, or permanent E85?

Permanent e85 but I switch back to petrol if I'm going down south or something. I just drain tank and reflash with my bp98 tune as I've got the cable etc.

So I pick this baby up this weekend. First mod will be some sort of exhaust to unleash that hypnotic V8 growl. It's there but a bit muted on factory pipes.

Might need to get an admin to rename this thread to "Simon's Ride's"
