Maybe I missed it, the wheel colour you chose?
white, hence the need to get the wheels coated to help with cleanliness

You will be a busy man, but that glass coat should make it much easier.

Got the killer B sump, pickup and windage tray in the mail, man the welds and construction is top notch.
Good baffling too.

Will get them installed, with the Forza pads, and get S-technic to give it a once over.

Changed over the rims today, pretty happy with the looks but now it needs to be lowered badly
Took a quick pic tonight
New boots by Blake Parry, on Flickr

Looking forward to getting onto the track next month hopefully.

I was running the 18 x 8.5 Viper.

From memory they are 9.5kg a wheel.

Standard GD STI wheels are 8kg each 17" so not a huge difference in the grand scheme.

i didnt weigh rims seperately but the 18 vs 17 combo ended up about 1kg heavier overall (bear in mind old tyres were a bit more worn)

got bored so swapped the boot over with the STI Limited edition one
I was going to re-badge the rear anyway so worked out - changed locks over so all good to go.

Bit less conspicuous whilst still being different from std.

nick73 and Dan [GTI] like this.

Looks good. 100% nicer then those cheap eBay spoiler risers.
