We have tried that previously but can you imagine what happens when you put a stonemason on a lawn mower? Not a single fuck is given. They cause more damage to the machines than what they solve. Also because of site allowances etc the construction guys (generally) earn more money than the maintenance guys. It takes about 3 minutes for them all to work out what each other is earning and then it is I am doing the exact same thing as Bill and he is getting $0.24 an hour more than me.

Its just easier to say all the construction guys go home for two weeks. End of story. Also the office peeps don't really want to stand on the end of a line trimmer for 2 weeks in the full sun!
