I was going to complain but it says in their policy that they don't have to explain why they turn down people. Honestly they way I was treated just gave me the shits, I feel bad for the pup as I reckon it was a little (but soon to be big) goer.

Oh well a friend of mine at work said that I can have one of his the pick of the litter of a Roti pure bred when they become available. I know the dogs and they are very good guard dogs but very loyal to him his kid and his wife which is what Im after!

I think thats crap. Ring up TT and give them something to put onto tv.

Yeah, sounds like they have let a few boundaries be crossed and become too personal with the dog(s?)!

Each to their own re: inside/ outside rules, however interesting to note that most well known breeders and trainers make large distinctions between 'human' and 'animal' and will often criticise our society's habit of making the dog think it is 'human'. (look at how many crate train for example). Humans and dogs share a happy ancient history together, but sometimes pays to remember what kind of relationship that is.

The inside/outside thing also depends on how much you look after your Dog. Balto is always clean and we bath and shampoo him regularly aswell.

For example a few weeks back the fiances sister bought her dog over, it lives outside and is dirty and smelly and i doubt its ever bathed. Its also never let inside her house (which smells and is porbably dirtier than the backyard and has ratshit everywhere from her pet rates which are caged in the living room! :S)

They were playing out the back and so I let Balto inside and she tried to let her dog in. uh uh, if its to dirty and smelly to run through your brothel of a house why is it fine to run through my clean house?
