I got a random breath and license check across the road from my house yesterday.. Lucky I was in the mrs car, my other vehicle is a VOI due to my club affiliation

They pull the vehicles off Duoro Road and into the old bottle shop car park. If your heading into Freo you have no chance of seeing them before it's too late. One of the street's residents got done in the same spot with a yellow only a year ago. It's used quite a lot - mainly during summer.

Many years ago I was punting down from the traffic circle near Hampton Road only to have a female cop wave me down to slow down but didn't pull me in for a check. I think she got a shock when I turned in straight after where she was.
