I regularly travel the SW Highway and I reckon I know the bump. Was it heading North just near the Jarrahdale Rd turnoff? I've hit it before at 100 and bottomed out. I always slow for it now or drive around it onto the wrong side of the road if no one's coming.

yeah, was heading north, can't remember what turn off it was close to though. if i ever go down there again i'll be sure to take note and not exceed 80kms...
No roos on that stretch, its all open and flat and straight. luckily on public forums there aren't police with radar guns and generally people understand the ridiculousness of the speed limits in WA.

It seems once you get past geraldton if you ask for a pint you get a schooner now. Unless you run into a barmen who is fresh from the city and knows a pint is the biggest one.

Or you go to a different state and allt he glasses have different names.

I dont think I have seen schooners at all here in W.A. only pints and middies.

Go to NSW and its only schooners and middies.

Got to QLD and they call their middies pots, but thats irrelevent as you only order pints anyway :P

Tonight I went to two pubs within 100m of each other and asked for a pint. I got two different sized glasses :/ is it that hard?
