I've been the target of flaming and keyboard warriors myself. Some people use the fact that they are hiding behind a monitor to behave in ways that they would never act in person. Some of the members that I wrote off as douches have actually turned out to be completely different in real life.

There does seem to be a lot more younger members joining and while I don't mind txt talk on chat or in sms messages I don't really want to be spending hours of my precious time trying to make sense of what is being posted.

Wow Craig that is absolutely shocking about that university, when I graduated high school you had to pass English to pass high school. *Shakes head* Doesn't say much about the grammar, punctuation and legibility of future generations.

Sorry but if people are getting hurt through (mostly) trolling & banter, they need to have a spoonful of concrete & harden up. People are turning into pussies nowadays. All the friggin kids are emo & think life's tough + they know everything. Better to be knocked down a peg on here than in real life I say. People take things way too personally these days... I remember when I joined up on here and Antilag back in 2007 which was definitely the trailing end of the "good days" of the Perth car scene - right before the influx of retards started swarming in.

I'm by no means a regular in either of these communities or part of any cool circle, but it's not hard to sit back and observe what's going on. I prefer to stay below the radar
