Even though it may have seemed harsh, I reckon every single comment was good life advice. No job ever has one single role to do. I get guys like you all the time who think they are just here to prep. Whinge about any job asked of them outside of routine duties and make out to be flat out all day, then go sit on facebok for an hour long 'lunch break'.

Most last a month, sometimes three. Not once has any made it further than prep. However, I have a guy that barel speaks a word of english. Ask him to sweep the floors and he does it not only today, but then does it again tommorow without being asked. If he finds a spare minutre in his day, he grabs a cloth and scrubs shit off the walls.

- Now he gets paid more than every other prepper, gets 3 weeks annual leave as a casual and fully paid sick days. If there is a promotion available, he is first in line.

I did the same thing when I first started in my industry. If I had a spare minute I'd reach around and give the boss a wristy if he wanted. 6 months later I became 2IC and bossed around the whingers that had been there for 5 years. Still do it now as well. It's not in my job description to clean, but I still mop the floors every day to keep the place looking good. If someone needs to move a tonne of dirt with a shovel, I'll go do it so the others can spend more time doing productive work that makes the company money thus keeping us all employed and in a position to receive payrises.

Nothing is beneath you no matter what position you have. you don't like your hourly pay? why did you sign the contract that stipulates it?

You're clearly still young, 10ft tall and bulletproof and have no idea of what real life is like. The advice given so far has actually been better than any other on this forum. Clean the sand out of your vagina and move on.
