Sorry to hear Rossco, a bloke at work is going through the same thing. Mrs moved the kids to Melbourne and makes it extremely difficult to see or spek to them.

The system doesn't help though. The most recent change to child support assessment rules supports the breach of family court orders. Child Support can now assess based on the "actual time with X parent" even if that "time" is in breach of a Family Court access order. As such, any parent who breaches an access order gaining more time will be financial remunerated for their efforts.
