Toll Ipec. Our freight was delayed by over a week, and I was the one who copped major abuse from several customers/panel shops. Like I have any control over a useless freight company

AND just being told by my manager that I really pissed off our biggest panel customer for "promising" parts last week, when I actually said it "SHOULD" be in on this date. I personally emailed them daily updates on the freight, the only customer who actually got those updates, and yet apparently that wasn't good enough.

Fuckwits.
