AAMI and their integrated paint repairer "Smart". It has taken 4 failed attempts to repair a paint job of an area smaller than my smallest finger nail on the bumper of a brand new Tiguan due to being swiped in a car park.

1st time had two obvious peaks/pimples in the paint, one on the bumper and one on the quarter panel. 2nd effort had one depression where they had sanded the peaks with their finger, 3rd effort still had the depression, 4th effort had a peak again. They're on effort #5.

To top it all off, received a phone message stating that as the hire car (part of the policy) was not returned it would be reported stolen at the end of the day.

My girl has been with AAMI for 24 years and is a Rating 1 driver for life due to her spotless driving history. No at fault accident ever and one speeding ticket 20 years ago.

Bumper and rear bar are fucked.
Wheel well has been pushed in about 2 inches, haven't been able to have a proper look just yet.
Neck is a bit sore at the moment, hope it doesn't get worse.
