Sitting in hospital after 5 days of having both jaws wired and banded shut following double jaw and chin surgery on Thursday afternoon and the bloody breakfast lady brought me cereal and toast for breakfast! Ah no I'm still drinking clear fluids only and only thru a syringe so I have no idea how you expected me to be able to get a piece of toast or spoon of cereal into my mouth!

Feeling so hungry right now though getting a bit cranky.
