Yeah had the fire extinguisher guy on training show us one when they cut it open the stuff was solid as a rock on the bottom.

No gentle taps needed, turn upside down and back a few times. Trust me, I have a certificate for it LOL

Did this and I can feel that there is still a lot of powder in there and it only slowly pours out but there's no pressure....oh well it's a paper weight now.

Was the pressure guage in the green prior to using the extinguisher?

Yes, then I used it for a second and it dropped into the red recharge zone....

I grabbed it out of the car and pulled the pin,it was in the green zone, held it upright and squeezed the handle and it only worked for a second properly then the needle went into the red zone and just now when I shake it small amounts of powder fall out.

I didn't think to shake it when I first used it :/
