Just bolt on in the 4 places with some structural nuts and bolts.

Make sure the side splitters are attached well.

Screws FTW, you'll have to drill holes into your bumper anyway so why not just screw into the plastic.

That's how my S204 one came from the factory like, it had clips and
screws. (screws did have little metal washers to catch the thread though)

If you're going to use the super long bolts provided, I suggest going
and buying some nylon lock nuts to secure them with as the ones
provided aren't that great.

Need to change your account password mate, seems Kato hacked your account and added useless information.

Lower lip I'd try one of the following:

- Buy a guard liner kit and use the bolt and plastic lockers from it to secure to your bumper (this way you'll have self tapping bolts into a secure locking setup)
- Alternately source the clips from a guard liner and go from there.
- 10/8mill bolts into nuts with washers on either side (as already mentioned would be another goer, if you're going to use locktite just don't be so liberal with it as it'll be a mission to release after its set, where you have the nut use a locking washer in between the the washer and the nut for extra strength.

Don't see the point in using either double sided tape or sikaflex for securing a lower lip only as its not going to do anything if the lip moves up or down (based on surface), especially double sided tape as it wont hold jack.

Side splitters I'd be using sikaflex and drilling holes where the tapers are (if any), u can use double sided tape to centralise it, but that's all it would be good for).
