No doubt. Will be very different with more timing. Just a trial as mentioned to see where power will be with this turbo if engine is properly forged and with the proper compression.

Hi Mao, could you please PM me, how much it cost to installing electronic boost controller, turbo timer and tuning my MY02 ( got my ebc and turbo timer couple days ago) and when the best time to do it, thanks

We transferred Jon's parts (ProcessWest top mount, AEM CAI and Butler Exhaust) over to this MY11 WRX and tried to better the results. All other parts were stock factory.


The dip between 3800-4100 was caused by us pulling timing off that area as there was detonation in that area. Would have preferred NGK Irimax plugs and some octane boost to deliver a better Torque graph. We also managed to hold peak torque longer between 4500-6500rpm in comparison with Jon's previous tune. Boost was kept at 15PSi max and would have preferred more boost for smoother torque, but this MY11 WRX with only 20,000km on the odo and used as a daily, we kept the flash conservatively.
