what condition are you engine gearbox mounts in? if they're well worn they can add to the shudder

i say this because no sprung centre full face cushioned organic clutch plate should shudder if installed with a freshly machined (unwoobly) flywheel

yeah upgrade to group N, if your stock ones are in there from 99 or whenever they're be pretty soft and floppy by now

my bugeye shudders with a well worn clutch if i don't feather it by matching revs, new group n mounts are on the cards for me

good idea, will suss them out if i require them after a new clutch is put in.. My last one was an xtreme heavy duty and that was pulled out because it started to shudder as it was wearing out.. the whole reason i changed the clutch is to get rid of the shudder and its still there

Rhys one more thing. Did you torque down the flywheel bolts with a torque wrench? We torque them to 65ftlbs. Also, what was the condition of the flywheel?

You will be going through the bedding in process now, but if it doesnt improve after a few weeks. I will suspect the flywheel.

Changing the engine mounts and diff mounts as mentioned by Strubaru is spot on as well and is a worthy upgrade. This guy knows his stuff.
