I have this in my house mate. We turn it on at night and all is secured apart from the bedroom (the bedroom has an EASTON for security at night). I have a sensor in the roof, garage and various parts of the house. No fukr gets in without me knowing!

i would be concerned about the fuckers coming back during the day maybe....instead of during the night.

Im sure you can get some sort of a sensor, like a reed switch for the front door but designed to fit the manhole.

Another option, if you have deadlocks, lock em from the inside with the key. That way they will have to exit the same way they entered, and im sure that wud make a bit of noise.

If all else fails dogs seems to be a winner according to the thread. I have two protecting my joint!

Have you rung the cops & reported the incident? Finger prints, DNA, etc may have been left if you haven't fucked the crime scene already?

I was under the impression that if u catch some1 entering your house and you are afraid for your safety you can 'defend' yourself. Back in south Africa, if someone was breaking in your house you could shoot them and if you went to court about using unreasonable force all you had to do was mention that you where afraid for your life and acted accordingly
