That's probably because the car doesn't need a turbo timer at all.

Do a search on turbo timers. Essentially a waste of time and money.

LOL good ol' bunbury subi, they were very little help with mine they told me i'd most likely need to replace it ... all it was was the battery shorting out nothing at all wrong with the brant.

I currently have my Anti-hijack system completly turned off. So no matter what process I try and do the anti-hijack system will not kick in at all. So there is a way to perminantly leave it off. I know the procedure to turn it back on again if I need to. Car isnt going anywhere in a hurry anyway with usually 1 or 2 cars parked behind it with it parked in the garage locked up.

Ok, seriously for a second here guys.

Who the hell carries something in their car 'in case of road rage'? To me that seems like someone who will want to threaten and cause more road rage.

Also, the Brant comes with an anti hijack for a very good reason, to stop any attempts of people stealing your car. Turn it off and risk your insurance being void. If you don't like the system, go and install another alarm system that suits you. Personally I've never had an issue at all with the Brant or the anti-hijack.

had guy throw fifty cent coin at my rear window cos i was apparently going over a speed bump too slow, cracked rear window n i had my son in the car.. so for sure i carry somethin now, n if i sound like an aggressor so be it but ill sure as hell whack first ask questions later, if confronted like that again. anyhooo back to the keypad, happy with the system, would just be much more practical if it were slightly different, the insurance is an issue.
