We all know what happened to justy.. hahahah
Didn't Dan crash his 'gold front mounted' STi and happen on some financial troubles with insurance/losing his job at the same time?

I still see Justy around in West Perth occasionally - he lost interest after the gearbox/diff mis-match episode (or was there something else that I'm unaware of?)

I remember fondly the days in 2004/05 when I was writing 'Modifying a GT Forester doco' and hanging out with Quigebo (Dave) with his green GT (still hang out with him but not in the Foz any more - he's a family man these days). Also the dyno comps with my GT, Daves and LIL KIP going head to head!

Still have my GC8, that's for sale, but its looking more likely I'll mothball it soon and re-awaken it when my unborn child (expected Oct 07) is old enough to help me restore it!

"Winter of WRX Cruise 2003" 2002 ramon! My first taste of shotgun on a rex cruise, Mica Blue MY99 - and the first big cruise. damn that was great.

I have a heap of photos dating back to 2002, EGROUP days! the best days, where i i used to listen and learn, 50 emails a day - people were excited about the smallest idea. And i used to try and keep up (thrash the pants off) my 95 fWD Liberty white, rolling on 17" gold Starform Basel jap-spec rims.

as has been said and to sum up perthwrx, definately have met some of my best mates and have some of my best memories made up of pdiddy moments.

2002.

The tyre shredder hand-brakie of fury

First Possum?

Bakka spec!

Ramon spec!

PPCC cruise Explicit spec.

Club hillbilly shoot.

heaps more, too little time.

one particular memory, the closest we came to an accident on a pdiddy cruise back in the day. Hein pfft had been cut off by some moron heading down mandurah way - i'd lost the lead pack and the trailing pack to come accross pfft having slid off the road at close to 100, done a few pirouettes onto the grass medium between the dual carraige ways, thrown rocks everywhere and had a flat. spare tyres in the boot were a no-no so the following pack had to lend a spare wheel so the car could limp to a servo and put pressure in.

oh and not to mention the perthwrx 'lane'. chop.

ahh i remember this! and he still made it to the meet point!

anyone remember the owner of this car?

i have fond memories of this cruise, where i think someone drove on the right of this car on the freeway or something, and distracted the car infront, while i think rob (wrx wrc) overtook on the emergency lane! something along those lines anyways.
